Refund Policy

Once a classroom course instructional time begins, or once an online course begins, and a student has agreed to the terms of use of our school, and payment has been received, per the State of Arizona there are no refunds for any court or state fees unless: An officer fails to file a citation with a court and the cited person attends a diversion course for that citation; When a citation is dismissed by a jurisdictional court on its own motion, for technical problems that are not correctable under civil traffic rules (rules of the court); The court requests the refund to be granted.

Once a classroom course begins and/or once a citizen is issued a username and password for an online course, if the citizen does not complete the classroom or online course entirely, then only the court diversion fee will be refunded. The school fee and Supreme Court AOC fees will be completely non refundable. The refund will issued either by check in the mail within 5-7 business days, or refunded back to the credit card used for initial payment within 48-72 hours

100% Pass Guarantee

Our online course has a test at the end and a score of 80% or higher is a passing score. However if you obtain a lower score—don’t worry! You can simply check our calendar for a classroom course date, time and location that is convenient for you, and attend it for FREE! There you will be handed your completion certificate at the end of the class. So you see, there is a guarantee that you will receive your completion certificate at the end of one of our courses. There are no tests when you attend a classroom course. Please Note: You must not have attended an online course at another school, and then attend a classroom course of ours for free. If you received a score below 80% on another school’s online course, you may sign up for one of our classroom courses but will be required to pay our school’s classroom course fee.

After you choose ACCEPT agreeing to all of the Terms of Use of our school, you will need to send us a copy of your citation and government issued ID, and a registration form filled out, then arrange full payment all before a classroom course or an online course has started. Included in the eligibility will be to determine if you have: attended a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal in the last 12 months from the date of your previous citation; do you have a CDL Commercial Driver’s License; did the citation that you received involve an accident resulting in serious injury or death; does the citation you received state that it is a criminal violation. If any of those statements apply to you, then you are not eligible to attend any defensive driving course in the state of Arizona. We will then verify your eligibility as a courtesy for you, however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide true and accurate information about all of the eligibility requirements. If any information provided by you is false, it will result in your school fee to be forfeited and not refunded. We will not report your completion to the court who issued your ticket, regardless if you completed the online course or the classroom course. You ticket will then not be dismissed by the court and all applicable points will be assessed to your driving records according to the AZ Department of Motor Vehicles criteria. *Note: We reserve the right to cancel classroom courses on an as needed basis depending upon student enrollment, yet will provide notice and assistance in rescheduling.

If it is determined that you have cheated or committed fraud in any way regarding your identity and/or regarding the taking of the test, we are obligated to report it to the proper authorities. Your option to take a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal will be forfeited, and no refunds will be available.
